SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR
REZONING REQUEST

WHEREAS, a petition has been received by the Common Council
Drive in the SW% of Section 3 from RS-l to RS-2, and
from'Mr. Clifford Young to rezone his property on Martin
.'wtiemas; in accordance with Chapter 17, Sect-ion 3.07 of , - -. .
the. municipal code it is necess'ary to ho1.d a public
heari~ng on any proposed rezoning in the city., .~
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby set the public hearing date
for the rezoning request of Clifford Young to rezone his
property on Martin Drive in the SWk of Section 3 from RS-1
to RS-2 for March 14, 1978 at 7:15 P.M.
