I AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR SEWER LATERAL

WHEREAS,! a request has been received from Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Hellenthbl, owners of Lots 49 and 50, Block 18, Jewel Crest
Subdivis~ion, to be given a refund for one of the sewer laterals
that had1 been installed to serve their property, and
WHEREAS,/ the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that--
the-sewerlateral charge for Lot #49 in the amount of $240:.00
be refunlded. to Mr; and Mrs. Hellenthal, . .. ..

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Corrqon Council of the City
Committee, does hereby approve of the refunding of a sewer
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
lateral 'charge in the amount of $240.00 to Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Hellenthal, owners of Lots 49 and 50, Block 18, Jewel Crest
Subdivis~ion, since use of the two lots would not be permitted
for builkling purposes under the city's Zoning Ordinance.
