I i RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBSTITUTION OF ATTORNEY
WHIREAS, John P. Buckley has been representing the City
OF MUSKEGO, BOARD OF APPEALS, CITY OF MUSKEGO, HARRY SMET, ESTELL
of Muskego in the case of MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK, INC. vs. CITY
ELLERY, JOHNi ANDERSON, GREGORY BOEHM, GERALD FOHR and DONALD AXTME
Case No. 34360; and,

WHEREAS, the City Attorney has advised the Mayor that
to continue $0 represent the City in this matter would involve a
confl ict of linterest; I
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Attorney, with
the approval of the Mayor, be authorized to retain special counsel
to represent,the City of Muskego in this matter.
