I AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF CHECKPOINT SECURITY
1 t SYSTEM FOR CITY OF MUSKEG0 LIBRARY x
WHEREAS, the City Librarian has reported that a substantial
number of books are being pilfered from the Library, and
WHEREAS, the Library Board has recommended that a Checkpoint
SecuFity System be installed to reduce the possibility of
theflt, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
Library be authorized to purchase a Checkpoint Security
System at a cost of $6,100.00 and that the monies be taken
from1 the 1977 capital budget contingency -furid,
THERlEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Cityi of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Librarian to purchase

a Ch~eckpoint Security- System at a cost not to exceed
$6,1~00.00.
BE I~T FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost of the equipment be
charged to the 1977 capital budget contingency fund.
