APPROVAL OF LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
C.I.T. LEASING CORPORATION AND THE CITY OF
MUSKEG0 FOR COPY MACHINE FOR hllJSKEG0 POLICE DEPT.
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has requested permission to
lease; from copy Plus C.I.T. Leasing Corporation a Olivetti
1500 Copier, with stand, at a cost of $1,540.68 per year,
incldding supplies, and
WHEREAS, monies have been provided in the 1978 budget
for such a lease, and
WHEREAS, .the Finance Committee has recommended- that the
Common Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute
the necessary .agreement whichwould provide for the needed
equipment,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council o!€ the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Commi$tee, does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to
execute an agreement with Copy Plus C.I.T. Leasing Corpor-
ationl-which would provide the city with one Olivetti #1500
Copier, with stand,:.at a cost of $1,282.-68~per year plus
$258.00 for supplies for use at the Muskego Police Department
