WHEREAS, a certified survey prep. has been subitted to the Caaapo
Council to finalize a one-parcel diviefon 'of land of John kloser
property located on' Ryan Road in the SE 1/6 of Sectgon 24, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Conaaiseion has recaanaended approval of
the proposed division, -
THEREFORE, BE ?T RESOLVED that The Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon recornendation of the Plan Colpmiseion, does
hereby approve of the certified survey map to finalize a one-
pal;cel division of the John Mosec praperty located on the
SE 111 of Sectioa 26.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said approval is 8UPfeCt to the
approval of the City Englneer,
