CCR1977292WHEREAS, the City Assessor har advlsed the City Clerk that an error
has been made in the 1977 aaseeament on Lot 19, Block 2 Durham Headowe,
Tax Key 12167.037, and
WHEREAS, in order that the real estate taxes be paid by December 31,
1977, the correction in the aase8smBnt 88 well as an adjustment in
the tax roll must be made, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recpmwnded that the necessary
correctiqn be made and that the ~um of $229.12 be paid into the
1977 t8x account (to the City Treaeuret) to cover the amount lost
to the tax toll,
THEREWW, BE lT RESOLVED that the Camron Council of the City o$
Muskego, upon the recouanendation 00 the Finance Caqrmittee does
hereby authoriee the payment op $219.92 tQ the City Treasurer to
cover the logs to the 1977 tax mll ae a result of an errqr in
