AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF CONTRACT BETWEEN
ASSOCIATED HOSPITAL SERVICES AND THE CITY OF
MUSKEG0 FOR THE YEAR 1978
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been under contract with
Associated Hospital Services to provide Blue Cross - Blue
Shield to employees of-the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
City of Muskego renew their contract with Associated
Hospital Services, Inc. to cover employees for the year
1978,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee; does hereby.approve of the renewal of their-
contract with Associated.Hospita1 Services, Inc. to provide.
Blu’e Cross - Blue ShieId‘inSurance-to employees of the
City of Muskego for the year 1978.”~
BE.- IT FURTHER -RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk -are
authorized to execute the c ct in the name-of .the city.
