RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUSKEG0 LAKE
RECLAMATION CHARITABLE TRUST
RESOLVED that the City of Muskego take over and
administer the Muskego Lake Reclamation Charitable Trust
and that the present trustees, Ronald J. Ford, Wayne L.
Radtke and Ned W. Bechthold, continue as trustees subject
to the further order of the Common Council of the City
of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the purpose of this
resolution is to enable the City of Muskego to accept
contributions from time to time by various parties for
the purpose of the improvement of Little Muskego Lake.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk-

Comptroller establish a separate account for the purpose
of accounting for said funds.
