AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF EASEMENT WITH
WISCONSIN ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Common Council had previously authorized
Wisconsin Electric Power Company and the City of Muskego
the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement between the
in order that construction of roads in the industrial
park was possible, and
WHEREAS, the agreement was never executed and the City
Attorney has suggested that authority be given by the
Common Council to execute an updated document,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize t~he Cit.y Clerk
and Mayor to execute an agreement between the Wisconsin
Electric.Power Company and the City 'of Muskego relating
to the construction of roads inlahe citv's industrial
park.
