DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT

WHEREAS, a preliminary plat has been submitted to the
Common Council for approval of a proposed subdivision
located in the SWk of Section 9 known as Valley Square,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of
said preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED- that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Cmission, does hereby deny.the preliminary plat of a
proposed -subdivision located-in the SWk of Sectioni9
known as Valley Square for the following-reasons:
