DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Holiday Park)
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat has been submitted to the Common
Council for approval of a proposed subdivision located on
Janesville Road in the NWi of Section 10 known as Holiday
Park, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of
said preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby deny the preliminary plat of a proposed subdiv-
ision located on Janesville Road in the NWi of Section 10
known as Holiday Park for the following reasons:
1. The-development-encompasses- an area which-is
zoned Wetland-Floodplain and also because -the
development does- not coordinate with the
surrounding-area.
2. The State of Wisconsin~ Division of Highways-has
objected to this plat because the plat is not in
agreement with the proposed City of Muskego street
layout nor does said plat agree with Controlled
Access Project CA0818(1) Big Bend-East County Line
Road on file :in the Wa a District Office.
