ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR MUNICIPAL SEWER DISTRICT
PROJECT MSS-1-77 AND MSS-2-77

WHEREAS, the City Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for a proposed
sewer projects for the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received;

WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineers, Ruekert & Mielke Inc., and the Public
Sewer Cormnittee have recommended that the bid for Project MSS-1-77 be
awarded to Rock Contractors and the bid for Project MSS-2-77 be awarded
to Super Excavators,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; that the Cormnon Council of the City of Muskego,
does hereby award the bids for the proposed Sewer Projects MSS-1-77 to
Rock Contractors in the amount of $248,984.00 and MSS-2-77 to Super
Excavators in the amount of $218,093.50.-
BE IT mTRTHER RESOLVEDy that the City Clerk Comptroller and the Mayor
are hereby authorized to si e contracts in the name of the City.
