GRANTING PERMISSION TO CITY OF NEW BERLIN
TO CONNECT MANNIGAN PROPERTY TO THE.'CITY'S
SEWER SYSTEM

WHEREAS, the City of New Berlin has requested permission
to connect into the City of Muskego's sewer system in
order that the Robert Mannigan businesses and residence
can be served, and
WHEREAS, the construction of the sewer'systern is the
responsibility of the City of New Ber,lin and therefore
there would be no cost to the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that
the Common Council grant the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that;ihe Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby gS'ant to the City of New
Berlin permission to connect/the Mannigan businesses and
residence into the city's sFwer system.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED th%t this approval is subject to
Mr. Robert Mannigan agreying to pay the required connection
fee of $500.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDjthat it is understood that no
other connections wouxd be permitted by the City of New
Berlin to the sewer Iine being constructed to serve the
Mannigan property, 1'2785 Janesville Rd., without prior
consent of the Con&n Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution
shall be sent to..'the City of New Berlin.

TO CONNECT MANNIGAN PROPERTY TO THE
CITY'S SEWER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City of New Berlin has requested permission
order that the Robert Mannigan businesses and residence
to connect into the City of Muskego's sewer system in
can be served, and
WHEREAS, the construction of the sewer system is the
responsibility of the City of New Berlin and therefore
there would be no cost to the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that
the Common Council grant the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant to the City of New
Berlin permission to connect the Mannigan businesses and
residence into the city's sewer system.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
Mr. Robert Mannigan agreeing to pay the required connection
fee of $500.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is understood that no
other connections would be permitted by the City of New
Berlin to the sewer line being constructed to serve the
Mannigan property, 12785 Janesville Rd., without prior
consent of the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution
shall be sent to the City of New Berlin and that the
necessary ordinance expanding the sewer service district
be drafted
