ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR INSTALLATION OF
CONCRETE INVERT
(Fountainwood Area)
WHEREAS, bids had been advertised for the installation
of concrete invert from S.T.H. 24 to Windsor Drive in
the Fountainwood area, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received
Brookfield Culvert Co.
Don DeBack Excavating
A. T. Forseth Company
Linann Construction Co.
$11,700.00
15,460 00
19,575.00
21,442.50
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the city's consulting
engineers that the low bid of Brookfield Culvert Company
in the amount of $11,700.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE B IT RESOLVED that-the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of~the cityls
.consulting engineers, does- hereby-.accept the low bid
of Brookfield Culvert Company in the amount of $11,700.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor. and Cit'y Clerk are
name of the city.
