ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRW PARK

WHEREAS, the city has received an offer of $40,400.00 for the
purchase of Lot 6, Block 2 (3.367 acres) in the City's Business/
Industrial Park~-by Arlen-R: Delp D.O., for the construction of
a .general .medical clinic, and
mREAS;.:the-previous-potentional buyer of Lot 6,.Block 2,
Wilzlard~ J..Wapp., Jr. has not.=been~able.to comply with.the~count.er
offer of. the .city to. .obtain .the. necessary financing :to consumate
the.purchase::of- said .lot:andyto~: cormnence-;.construction. of the :J
- proposed roller .rink within the.necessary one year period.
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by the
City's Industrial Broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.,
