APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF PARKWOOD VILLAGE

WREAS, the city has received--a request for approval for
the final plat for^ a subdivision in the Town -of Vemon, known
as-Parkwood Village, and
WHEREP;S,-it is..wikhin the. three-mile1limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls-under the extra-territorial powers
of the>-city, and -
WHEREAS, the -Plan Commission has recormnended -to the Cmon
Council approval of the final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT 'RESOLVED'That- the Carmnonl~Counci-l-~~of--the~ City
of Muskego .does -hereby approve m of: the-final pla~t of a proposed~
subdivision .known as =Parkwood Village.
