APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPER'S
AGREEMENT FOR ROGER KASTELLO
(Former Schwefel Property)
WHEREAS, the Common Counckl has received a request for
of land of the former Evelyn Schwefel property on
the approval of the final plat of a four-parcel division
Janesville-Road~-adjacent to Little Muskego Lake dam and
owned by Roger-Kastello, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has also received-a request
for approval of the Subdivider's Agreement for the
above parcel, and
WHEREAS,.the Plan .Commission has recommended approval
of the- Subdivider's Agreement and the final plat of the
four-parcel division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Plan Commission; does herebyapprove -of the- sub-
divider's Agreement and the final plat of a four-
parcel of: land on~-Janesville Road, adjacent -to Little
Muskego--Lake~ dam,- owned- by eager Kastg-l-lo.
