DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF
MUSKEG0 (Lake Denoon Area .- R3 to RS2)
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission
of the City of Muskego that the Common Council initiate
a petition to rezone the areas around Lake Denoon in the S1/2
of Section 32 and the E 1/2 of Section 31 that are
presently zoned-R-3 to RS-2-with the ex'i.stkng OED and OLQ
overlay districts reniaining intact, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public .he'aTing has..been' he'ld,
THEREFORE; BE:.IT RESOLVED that the' Common Council .ox the
