REJECTION OF BID RECEIVED FOR CONCRETE
INVERT FROM S . T . H. 24 TO WINDSOR RD.
WHEREAS, bids had been advertised for the installation of
concrete invert from S.T.H. 24 to Windsor Road, and
WHEREAS, the following bid has been received:
A. T. Forseth $50 .OO per ft . $22,500.00
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee feels that it would be in
the best interest of the city to reject said bid, and
WHEREAS, it is further the recmendation of the Public Works
Committee that the project again be re-bid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recmendation of the Public Works Committee,
does hereby reject the bid submitted by A. T. Forseth to install
concrete invert from S.T.H. 24 to Windsor Road in the amount of
$22,500.00,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that bids be again advertised.
