AUTHORIZING SUBSTITUTION OF
ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, John P., Buckley has been representing the City
of Muskego in the case of RAYMOND WALLNER, Agent for Muskego
Industrial Park, Inc., vs. Board of Appeals of the City of
Muskego, Case No. 32823; and,
WHEREAS, The City Attorney has advised the Mayor that
to continue to represent the City in this matter would involve a
conflict of interest;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Attorney, with
the approval of the Mayor, be authorized to retain special counsel
to represent the City of Muskego in this matter.
