APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the Campon
Council to finalize a four parcel division of land of the fomr
Evelyn Schwefel property located on Little Muskego Lqke in the
SW 1/4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Cmission hae recotmended approval of the
proposed division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map to f$nalLae
a four parcel division of the former Evelyn Schwefel property
located on Little Muskego Lake in the SW 114 of Section 9,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said approval is subject to acceptable
deed restrictions, developer's agreement and the approval of the
City Engineer.
