APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Simpson-Nelson Corporation - Industrial Park)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted eo the
Common Council to finalize a 5.8 acre division of property
(Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 4) in the City's Industrial Park
for Simpson-Nelson Corporation, for B building for Precision'
Screw Thread Corporation, and
WHEREAS, the Cmon Council has accepted an Offer to Putchare
from Simpson-Nelson Corporation to purchase this parcel, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has reconmended approval of the
5.8 acre division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Conrmon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map
of a 5.8 acre division of property (Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 4)
in the City's Industrial Park for Simpson-Nelson Corporation,
for a building forPrecesion Screw Thread Corporation.
