(T. A. G. Corporation - Industrial Park
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a 1.1 acre division of property
(Lot 12, Block 5) in the City's Industrial Park for T. A. C.
Corporation, and
WHEREAS, the Cmon Council has accepted an Offer to Purchase
from T. A. G. Corporation to purchase this parcel, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Cmission has recommended approval of the
1.1 acre division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Canrma'Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map
of a 1.1 acre division of property (Lots 12, Block. 5) in the
City's Industrial Park for T. A. G. Corporation.
