APPROVAL OF VARIANCE IN SETBACK FOR
PRECISION SCREWTHREAD CORP.
WHEREAS the Common Council has accepted an offer to
purchase Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 4 (5.8 acres)
in the Muskego BusinessfIndustrial Park by the
Simpson-Nelson Corporation to construct a building
for the Precision Screwthread Corporation, and
WHEREAS building, site and operational plans have
been submitted and reviewed by the Plan Commission
who have recommended approval, and
WHEREAS since a portion of the employee parking area
approved by the Common Council,
is within the required 50' setback, a variance must be
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
Plan Commission, does hereby approve the site plans

a variance in setback from that required by the Muskego
