RESOLUTION tm1-77
AUTHORIZING ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR CONCRETE
INVERT FROM S.T.H. 24 TO WINDSOR DRIVE
WHEREAS. the Public Works Comittee has determinod that the
construction of a conarete invert from,Highway 24 to Windsor
Drive 4s necesaary in order to provide adequate drainage
from Highway 24, and
WHEREAS. the Public Works Comittee has recommended that the
Common Council authoriae them to advertiee.for bids,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Conmon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works committee
to adverti,se for bids’for the oonstruction of a concrete
invert from S.T.H. 24 to Windsor Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee shall
review the bids and present their recomndati.on to the
Common Council for amroval.
