WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for the "Civic Cencer Site
Grading Project", and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:

1. Site grading, drainage sxale
construction, topsoil and
seeding and adjustment .of
sanitary manholes and'per the

2. Parking lot construction
including the grading, gravel-
ing, and pavement installation
as per the plans and specifi-

WHEREAS, the city's consulting engineers have recommended that the
low bid from Payne & Dolan in the amount of $23,400.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the city's consulting engineers,
Ruekert and Mielke, does hereby accept the low bid of Payne and
Dolan in the amount of $23,400.00 for site grading tor the civic enter.
