ESTABLISHING THE NECESSITY FOR A PERMANENT
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT IN THE LAKE
DENOON SEWER DISTRICT (J. Mahoney)
WHEREAS, public necessity demands that a permanent
sanitary sewer easement be acquired for the construction of
sanitary sewers in the Lake Denoon Sanitary Sewer District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council
of the City of Muskego that it is necessary in the public interest
that the City acquire a permanent sanitary sewer easement over the
lands described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and/or City
Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to negotiate for the
acquisition of those lands required for said easement, and in
the event said lands cannot be obtained by negotiation, the City
Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to take by condemnation
those lands required for the permanent sanitary sewer easement
described in Exhibit "A." n

BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, finds and
determines that:
The proper establishing, laying out, widening, enlarging,
extending, construction, reconstruction, improving or maintaining
of a sanitary sewer easement located in the Lake Denoon Sanitary
Sewer District requires the acquisition of the lands, or interests
in lands, shown on the map attached hereto and incorporated herein
bv reference as Exhibit "A."
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, thereby
orders that:
I. The said sanitary sewer easement is hereby laid out
and established to the lines and widths as shown on said map;
2. The required lands or interests in lands as shown
on the map shall be acquired pursuant to the Wisconsin Statutes.

centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 31; thence South,
along the East line of the Northeast % of Section 31, 2222.40
feet;,thence East along an existing property line, 240.00 feet
to a point on the Westerly right-of-way line of North Shore Drive; -
South 83" 22' 00" West, 237.12 feet; thence North 86" 24' 00"
thence South, along said right-of-way line 144.85 feet; thence
West, 298.12 feet; thence South 85" 54' 00" West, 4.00 feet more
or less to the Easterly line of lands designated as Tax Key No.
2281.991 and the place of beginning of said centerline; thence
continuing South 85" 54' 00" West, 183.12 feet to an angle point;
thence South 78' 51' -00" West, 13 feet more or less to the West-
erly line of said lands and the point of termination of said I
centerline.
Temporary Construction Easement
Also granting a 10.00 foot wide temporary sanitary sewer construc-
tion easement lying on both sides, being parallel and adjacent to
the above described permanent sanitary sewer easement.
