APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(W. Peterson)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Cmon Council of the City of Muskego to finalize a two
parcel division of land of the Anne Peterson property
located at S68 W16918 Martin Drive, in the SWk of Section
3, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Cmission has recommended approval
of the proposed division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey
map to finalize a two parcel division of the Anne Peterson
property located on Martin Drive in The SWk of Section 3,
subject to the approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT mTRTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the easement by the City Attorney.
