DISAPPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
WINDERMERE SUBDIVISION
(Town of Norway)
WHEREAS the city has received a request for approval for
a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of
Norway known as Windermere Subdivision, and
WHEREAS it is within the three mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has recommend denial of
the preliminary plat because approval of other 'objecting and
approving agencies has not been received,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby disapprove of the preliminary
plat of a proposed subdivision in the Town of Norway
known as Windermere Subdivision because approval from
other objecting and approving agencies has not been
received.
