AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, Section 3.06 of: the city of Muskego -fhnfcfPal Code
permits the transfer of funds from Unappropriated Surplus to meet budgetary needs of the municlpnllty,
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that
to Account E120.011, Police Department,
$27,000.00 be transferred from Unappropriated Surplus
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the City Clerk-
Comptroller to transfer $27,000.00 from the Unappropriated
Surplus Account to Account #520.011. Police Department
