ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAZ. PARK
(T. A. G. Corporation)
WHEREAS, the city has received an offer of $9,900.00 for the
purchase of Lot 12, Block 5 (1.1 acres) in the City's Business/
Industrial Park by T. A. G. Corporation, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by the
City's Industrial Broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase one parcel
of land, Lot 12, Block 5 (1.1 acres) in the City's Business/
Industrial Park from T. A. G. Corporation for the price of
$9,900.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name of
the City.
