ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
(Bernard A. Schreib & John K. Schreib)
WHEREAS, the city has received an offer of $27,000.00 for the
purchase of Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 1 (3 acres) in the City's
Business/Industrial Park by Bernard A. Schreib & John K. Schreib,
and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by the
City's Industrial Broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase three parcels
of land, Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 1 (3 acres) in the City's
Business/Industrial Park from Bernard A. Schreib & John K. Schreib
for a price of $27,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name of
the City.
