ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK

WHEREAS, the city has received an offer of $9,900.00 for the
purchase of Lot 10, Block 5 (1 acre) in the City's Business/
Industrial Park by Kenneth H. Riggs, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by the
City's Industrial Broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase a parcel
of land, Lot 10, Block 5 (1 acre) in the City's Business/
Industrial Park from Kenneth H. Riggs for a price of $9,900.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name of
the City.
