AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR SEWER LATERAL

WHEREAS, a request has been received from Mrs. Dorothy Rea,
owner of three lots in Section 5, to be given a refund for
one of the sewer laterals that had been installed to serve
her property, and
WHEREAS by the adoption of Resolution #132-77 the Common
Council denied legal status of three lots at the end of
Gold Drive in Section 5 owned by Mrs. Rea, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
sewer lateral charge in the amount of $240.00 be refunded
to Mrs. Dorothy Rea for one of the lots.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby approve of the refunding of a sewer lateral
charge in the amount of $240.00 to Mrs. Dorothy Rea, owner of
three lots in Section 5 at the end of Gold Drive, since use of
the three lots would not be permitted for building purposes under
the city's zoning ordinance and legal status had been denied.
