DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO BEGIN CONDEMNATION
PROCEDURES
(V. Kurtze property)
WHEREAS, the city is planning to install municipal sewers
around the Bass Bay area, and
WHEREAS, certain easements are necessary in order that the
project can begin, and
WHEREAS, efforts to negotiate an agreement between the city
and Mrs. Viola Kurtze have failed and the only recourse is
condemnation,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby direct the City Attorney to initiate
the necessary action in order that condemnation proceedings
can be instituted against the Viola Kurtze property.
