DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO BEGIN
CONDEMNATION PROCEDURES
(Lake Denoon Sewer Project)
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the Lake Denoon
Sewer Project are nearing completion, and
WHEREAS, several of the easements necessary to construct
the sewers have not been executed, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that action be taken to acquire
those easements not yet granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to
begin condemnation procedures against the following
properties in order that the Lake Denoon Sewer Project
can begin
