SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR PROPOSED
REZONING IN LAKE DENOON AREA (R-3 to RS-2)
WHEREAS, sewer installation in the Lake Denoon area Is
zoning indicating that sewers are available, and
imminent and it is necessary to establish the proper
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that the
Common Council on their own motion initiate the necessary
zoned R3 to RS2,
action to rezone the area around Lake Denoon presently
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby move to amend the zoning district
map of the City of Muskego as follows:
That area around Lake Denoon presently zoned
R3 be rezoned to RS2
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha.t the public hearing to consider
the proposed rezoning shall be held on November 8, 1977,
at 7:OO P.M.
