APPROVAL OF DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR
ADRIAN HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, on July 26, 1977, the Common Council of the City of
Muskego adopted Resolution #157-77, approving a certified survey
map for the development of four lots owned by Adrian Schmidt in
Section 5, and
WHEREAS, the developer has submitted a Developer's Agreement to
the Conunon Council which has been approved by the City Attorney,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormnon Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the Developer's Agreement submitted
by Adrian Schmidt: for the development of four lots in Section 5,
known as Adrian Heights.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
