APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
GUERNSEY MEADOWS ADDN. NO. 1
WHEREAS, the city has received a preliminary plat of the
Guernsey Meadows Addn. No, 1, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has adopted Resolution 1/61-77
approving the preliminary plat,
WHEREAS, the Common Council has adopted Resolution 11202-77
granting to the developers of Guernsey Meadows Addn. No. 1
the right to connect into the city's sewer facilities, and
WHEREAS, Guernsey Meadows Addn. No. 1 is Phase 2 of the
Guernsey Meadows planned unit general development plan which
was also approved by the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat of
Guernsey Meadows Addn. No. 1.
