AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL EXPENDlTUHES FOR S.T.H. 24
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
(As Amended)
WHEREAS, the City of Muslsego, in cooperation with the State
of \Yisconsin, is reconstructing a portion of S.T.H. 24 from
College Avenue to the east city limits, and.
WHEREAS, additional storm drainage work is necessary which
was not a part of the original plans, and
WHEREAS, the State of Wisconsin has advised the city that
its share of the cost for the additional work would be
approximately $8;00.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cornrnon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the additional
expenditure of up to $800.00 for additional work to be
done on the S.T.H. 24 reconstruction project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the understanding that the city will receive from hlr. and
Mrs. Elwyn Yanney a 20' easement along their west lot
line. fl
