APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT - FREEDOM ACRES - ADD'N. #I
WHEREAS, said plat has been given final approval by the City Plan
Commission, and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the City of
give approval to the final plat of a subdivision known as Freedom
Acres - Add'n. #l.
BE IT F'URTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to compliance
of the City's Zoning Ordinance and Land Division Ordinance.
