AUTHORIZING THE USE OF IIGUICATED STREEr
RIGHT-OF-WAY TO TIIOMAS PERGUSON
WHEREAS, the city has received a request from Mr. Thomas
Ferguson for permission to use a dedicated street right-of-
way adjacent to his property for the construction of a
small utility shed, and
WHEREAS, the land in questioll is not presently being used
by the city and will not be used untj.1. such time as
development in the area takes place, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has advised that the Common
Council can permit the use of .the ~~i.ght-o:t"way by a
citizen,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED .that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Thomas
Ferguson to use a portion of a dec1.i.cated street right-of-way
adjacent to his property for the purpose of constructing
a small utility shed.
