APPROVAL OF CERT’tFIED SURVEY MAP
(Neome Danes)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a two parcel division of land
of the Neome Danes property located on McShane Drive in the
SW 1/4 of Section 12, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has reconmended approval
of the proposed division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the certicied survey
map to finalize a two parcel disision of the Neome Danes
property located on McShane Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 12,
subject to approval of the City Engineer.
