WHEREAS, on the 27th day of May, 1975, the Comrrlon COUnCil,
upon the recommendation 0.C tl~c Plan Commission, rlpproved
the preliminary plat of Gucr~l:;cy bleadovs Subtli~vj si.on which
included a second phase to be I<no\vII ns Gucl.n::cp hleatlowS
Addition #1, and
WHEREAS, the city has receivctl a rcc~u~?sI: from 1:It1) CIcVelOperS
of Guernsey Meadows Subdivision -for permission 'to compl.ete
the second phase of the development trf t.he subdivision and
that they be granted permission to use the c.i.ty's sewer
system, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer CommitEee has recommended that the
Common Council approve the recluest,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Counci.1 of the
City of Muskego, upon the recomme~~daLion of the Sewcr
Committee, does hereby grant the developers of Gue~nsey
Meadows Addition #1 permission to connect into .the city's
municipal sewer system. K?-"
