AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF A PARCEL OF LAND IN
(Beringer)
HILLVIEW FARM-LOCHCREST PLAT
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has requested authority
of the Common Council to obtain a parcel of land in the
Hillview Farm-Lochcrest Plat owned by Anthony Beringer, and
WHEREAS, the parcel of land is needed for the proper
drainage in the area, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Anthony Beringer has offered to sell the
land to the city for $650.00 plus a refund which he has
coming for an unused lateral,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Counci.1 of the
Mr. Anthony Beringer $650.00 for a parcel of land on the
City of Muslcego does hereby authorize the Mayor to offer
plus a refund of $240.00 for a lateral he could not use
southwest corner of Lochcrest Blvd. and its south extension
because of a denial of Mr. Beringer's request for legal
lot status.
