AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RETAIN SEWRPC
FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT ROLL AND POLLING LISTS
WHEREAS, at the present time the City Clerk's Office has
been preparing the special assessment roll and voter
registration lists, and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has requested that she be permitted
to retain the services of SEWRPC which will provide easier
preparation as well as to save the city money in wages, etc.,
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
Common Council approve such a request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the City Clerk to
retain the services of SEWRPC for the preparation of the
special assessment roll as well as the voter registration
lists for the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
of the city.
