AUTHORIZING REVISED ADJOSTMENT TO BAY LAWN
ASSESSMENT ROLL
WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted Resolution #160-77 on
July 27, 1977, and
WHEREAS, when the adjustment was calcuted, it failed to reflect
the revised assessment roll charges, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a further
adjustment is necessary,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby authorize the City Clerk to correct the assessment roll
for sewers in the Bay Lawn Subdivision as follows:
