ESTABLISHING A CONSENSUS OF OPINION TO NOT
AND/OR EXTEND A PERMIT TO APPLY WAN” WATER ,‘
SLUDGE TO THE ALVIN BASSE PROPEi?TY
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of August, 1976, the Common Council
of the City of Muslcego adopted Resolution #122-76, As Amended,
establishing guidelines for the application of wastewater
residue on agricultural lands wit11i.n the City of hlusltego
and granted a permit for j.ts use on 125 acres of the Alvin
Basse property on a trial basis, and
WHEREAS, the wastewater residue was never applied to the
Basse property, and
WHEREAS, the Welfare Committee has recommended that the
Common Council not renew and/or extend the permit,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, by the adoption of this resolution, advises
Mr Alvin Basse that it is their intent not to renew
his property.
