APPROVAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT FOR WAUER GRAVEL
WHEREAS, the city of Muskego has recei,ved a request for
the renewal of Conditfonal Use Grant #20 presently. held
by Lydia and Carl Wauer for the purpose of mining and processlng sand and gravel, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has he1.d the necessary
public hearing and has recommended approval, and
WHEREAS, the request involves a 9.874 acre parcel which
is part of the original 58 acres previously approved for
the mining and processing of sand and gravel, and
WHEREAS, the area involved is included in the agreement
executed between the City of Muskego, the Wsuers and
Waste Management, Inc. and will eventually be part of
the landfill operation,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request for the
renewal of Conditional Use Grant #20 for the purpose of
mining and processing of sand and gravel by Lydia and
Carl Wauer.
